Objectives

The main objectives are:

  • To value, protect and transfer the intellectual property of the IQOG.
  • To make known the transferable R&D results generated by the research teams of the IQOG.
  • To support and promote the IQOG knowledge and technology transfer to the productive sector.
  • To facilitate the realization of R&D, collaboration and consultancy contracts between the IQOG and companies.

Services

Supported by the capabilities and experience of the Deputy Vice-Presidency for Knowledge Transfer of CSIC, the services offered by IQOG to achieve its transfer objectives consist in:

  • Identify the R&D results generated by the research teams of the IQOG, evaluating its transferable potential, and preparing a commercial catalogue of technology offer.
  • Disclose the scientific and technological offer from the reseach groups of the IQOG among the productive sector, other institutions and society.
  • Match the technology offer from the IQOG with the technology request from the productive sector, attending the technological services requests by means of identification of mutual interests.
  • Prepare a register that includes information relative to researches, scientific facilities, technical services, as well as research areas of interest.
  • Management and advice relative to protection of research results.
  • Management and preparation of technology license agreements.
  • Identify R&D oportunities for the IQOG, and share it in a selective way with the research teams.

In summary, we provide specialized technical advice relative to R&D, acting as a meeting point between the research groups of the IQOG and technology request's companies
